Albany NH is a small town just South of Conway NH, along the Southeastern edge of The White Mountain National Forest.
Rt. 16, Rt. 113 and Rt 112 (The Kancamaugus Scenic Highway) intersect in Albany (more or less at the Town of Conway line), with the majority of residential and commercial development along this network.
The Albany NH real estate market is part of the general Mt Washington Valley market, with North Conway NH as an epicenter. Albany has limited waterfront options but plenty of outdoors and even off-grid homes.
The majority of the town is National Forest. There are a few small enclaves of remote homes and an occasional property at the edge of the National Forest.
The proximity to North Conway NH and the commercial regional hub of businesses and attractions, serve the residents and property owners and make this an attractive destination.
