Town of Madison NH
Madison NH is a beautiful small town located just south and east of Conway. Rts. 113 and 153 pass through Madison and join Rt. 16 as it enters or passes through Conway NH. Madison has several lakes and ponds, perhaps the most in the Mount Washington Valley. Silver lake is the largest lake and is able to support activities like water skiing and power boating, while many smaller lakes, like Moore’s Pond and the Pea Porridge Ponds (surrounding the Eidelweiss Village District of Madison), do not allow power boats and are excellent, quiet recreational lakes. There are many types of property available in Madison NH. Vintage camps from the 80s and 90s dominate the Eidelweiss Village District yet many newer homes have popped up in the last decade. The same is true of some grander homes built around town. Log homes and larger second homes are often positioned on ridge lines or near hilltops to take advantage of the incredible views Madison enjoys, of the Presidential Range just to the north and the ever present Mount Chocorua just west of town.My fiance and I worked with Bill on buying a home in Naples Maine just recently..Bill made this process easy and accommodating…He was very very knowledgeable about the areas we where looking (from Conway to Naples) as well as knowing the ins and outs of where to look, how and what to look for in the properties and how to get to the table for closing with little stress..Bill is a great friend and an even better realtor I highly recommend him …
We worked with Bill years ago when purchasing a home and, because he was so easy to work with, we signed with him again during the recent sale of our home. He is an effective communicator and very efficient – you can trust he will give you good advice and follow through on any action items. We would highly recommend Bill.
