Fix Zillow or Sell for the Right Price
There are quite a few methods I use to push the stats and effect your Zillow Zestimate and that can be an important factor. At the same time, do you care more about beating Zillow than selling for a price that has nothing to do with Zillow? It is probably safe to say that the only issue with Zillow is that there is a perception that buyers will be driven by Zillow’s zestimate. If we set aside that idea and approach pricing from actual localized market conditions and a little bit of agreed upon gambling, the solution is really simple; List your home with Bill Barbin and sell it for more than the Zestimate!
