North Conway NH Perspectives

Video plays an ever important role in marketing real estate in general. When the distance of our North Conway and White Mountains market, from the homes and offices of most of the White Mtn consumers, is factored in, it is more obvious that video can play a decisive role in the viewing of property online. In fact, aerial drone images and video rank as the #1 most important piece of “modern” data, according to consumers in a recent study by the NAR.

Take a look at the real estate video sliders – The Hale’s Location NH property (within the North Conway precinct) was a great spot for some drone aerial video and photos. Whitehorse Ledge is an incredible backdrop for this part of the golf course neighborhood. Just down the road we have some comparable land with pool and “tennis” for on-site amenities and the freedom to build your own home abutting the White Mountains National Forest.

Video brings you to so many picturesque places I see as I show homes, condos and land in the Mt Washington Valley! Real Estate brings me all around the White Mountains of NH and Maine and into the Lakes regions that also make up the local market. Shooting video of the places I visit is second nature. With North Conway as a somewhat northern offset epicenter of a very popular vacation ownership, retirement and relocation area, it is a very strategic business office location. The reality of the market is that a typical day could take me from Naples Maine to Moultonborough NH and/or Jackson NH to Eliot Maine.
