As I travel around the regions where Keller Williams Real Estate models have thrived, to see what has worked for other team lead agents and group CEOs, I am able to observe many wonderful versions of the real estate business. This always brings me great comfort because I get bored easily. It is nice to know that I can easily stay “in industry” and change up how I run my business. Of course, the lower volume of homes in general, and lower prices and power of demand* limits the applicability of many models (obviously those real estate superstar business models that involve auto-dialers and headsets wouldn’t fare well in a market with 4 expireds a week in a 30 mi radius).

The Value Listing Package is a great way to save a few dollars and possibly do some online and word of mouth promotions on your own. This is a good option for anyone that wants to list kind of high compared to their market analysis and doesn’t need a lot of attention, BUT wants their agent to represent them and handle showings, photos, offers etc.

MLS Entry-Only

This is the offer the Mt Washington Valley real estate agents have been dreading. So popular in the hot real estate markets of Southern NH and MA, CT and RI… IT is finally here, in person. MLS Entry-Only is for the owner that wants to save the most money and enough-so to handle the entire marketing, showing, offer, negotiating and closing process on their own AND have their listing at least affiliated with a local agent and office. Some a la carte services are available and flat fee options are negotiable.

  • MLS Entry as an “Entry Only” listing – All inquiries from consumers and agents are directed to the Seller.
  • Real Estate Sign – if applicable
  • All marketing and access are at the control and discretion of the Seller.

The MLS Entry-Only Package offers the most cost savings and is a great alternative to some of the scarier advertising options available to a For Sale By Owner seller, so long as they are prepared to handle all the details on their own.

Package Pricing:

Our commission rates depend on a few factors that make it difficult to post a rate online. Location, appeal, and pricing are just a few of the things that require the rate to be negotiable. That having been said, there is a potential savings of 1.5 – 2% of the sale price, subject to a mutually acceptable listing agreement, in writing.

Some services can be waived or added at any level, to create an a la carte listing package and negotiate a commission plan that makes sense to you.
